Payment Policy

At checkout

Checkout shows the transaction currency, product total, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and payment choices available for the order. We begin fulfillment only after a payment authorization is successful.

Authorization questions

Check the billing details if an authorization fails or a temporary hold appears. A payment provider or issuer may request verification or make the final decision. Never send a full card number, security code, or password by email. For store assistance, use Contact Us.

Refund posting

Following approval, a refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, issuer, or provider may need longer to post it.
