Product information and orders

We work to present drinkware accurately, but screen color and packaging can differ from physical presentation. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Inventory, payment, address, security, pricing, technical, or policy concerns can lead to a limitation, refusal, or cancellation. Checkout displays the relevant price, tax, shipping charge, and currency.

Delivery and after-purchase support

Delivery schedules supplied by a carrier are estimates, not guarantees. The Refund Policy explains eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges, the 30-day request period after delivery, approval before mailing, the free prepaid label in the parcel, no restocking fee, and processing of an approved original-payment-method refund within 10 days. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
